Chincogan Real Estate is named after Mount Chincogan, a local landmark in the beautiful Byron Shire on the far North Coast of New South Wales Australia. We are situated in a central position in the popluar town of Mullumbimby on the Brunswick River, inland 5kms from the coast. A family owned and run business established in 1978 by Jim and Jan Mangleson. We are now the longest continually running agency in our area. Over that time we have earned a reputation as a well respected and honest agency with a strong emphasis towards personal individual service for all our clients.
